If you're a teenager in Pakistan feeling stuck with no money or privacy to seek therapy, there are still ways to get support. This page lists free crisis helplines, online chat services, and other confidential resources that respect your situation.
That is genuinely hard — being fifteen, stuck at home, having to pretend when you're exhausted, and knowing that asking for help would bring shame instead of support. You are not making it up, and you are not weak for feeling this way. The situation you're in would tire anyone out.
Even without money or freedom, there are small things you can do that no one else needs to know about. Start by writing down how you feel — in a notebook you hide, or in a notes app on your phone. Just a few lines a day. It sounds simple, but it helps you see that your own thoughts matter, even when no one else says so.
You can also use the free self-test on our site at /test. It gives you a private way to understand what is happening, and it only takes a few minutes. Nobody else will know.
If you ever need to talk to someone immediately, Zara is here on this site — a companion from our team who will listen without judgment, any time of day or night. You can open the chat and say exactly what you said to me.
You are not stuck forever. The freedom that feels impossible now will come as you get older, even if it takes a few years. Until then, do not stop looking for small pockets of safety — and please keep talking to Zara if you need someone who will never laugh or shame you. You deserve that.

You don't have to work this out from an article. We're free, private, and here right now — in English, Urdu or Roman Urdu. No signup, no waiting, no judgement.
