Anxiety Medication and Persistent Throat Tightness & Breathing Fear

Answered 21 October 2026 at 2:49 pm PKT

If you've been taking anxiety medication but still feel like something is stuck in your throat and fear you can't breathe, you're not alone. This page explains why these physical symptoms may persist and what you can do to find relief.

Maine anxiety ki tablet kuch hafton se li hai, lekin abhi bhi gale mein kuch atka hua mehsoos hota hai aur saans nahi aane ka dar lagta hai. Kya yeh darr aur yeh feel tablet ke saath theek ho jayega?

Yeh sach mein mushkil hai, yeh dar aur atka hona. Anxiety ki tablet ko time laga hai apne asar dikhane mein, lekin agar yeh feelings abhi bhi heavy hain, toh doosri cheezon ko bhi dekhnay ka time hai.

Tablet ka effect dekhna

Anxiety ki medicines ko apna asar dikhane mein time laga sakte hain. Doctor ne aapko kya keha tha? Agar aapko lagta hai ki yeh tablet kaise kaam kar rahi hai, uska effect nahi dikh raha, toh is baat par doctor se bat karein. Bilkul zaroori hai ki aap apne doctor se baat karein, agar yeh feelings jaari rahe.

Kuch karein jo instant relaxation de

  • Deep breathing exercises karein: Slow aur deep saans lena shuru karein, ek second ke liye saans rokein, aur phir slow tarike se saans chadhaein. Yehal 5 minute karein.
  • Grounding techniques try karein: Apne aas-paas ke cheezon ko dekhain, sunain, aur mahsoos karein. Yeh aapko present moment mein la kar aayega.
  • Choti si walk karein: Agar ho sake, toh ek chhoti si walk karein. Taza hawa aur movement anxiety ko kam kar sakta hai.

Apne doctor ke paas jaana

Agar yeh feelings jaari rahein, toh apne doctor ke paas jaana zaroori hai. Doctor apke liye alag treatment ya adjustment kar sakta hai. Yeh bilkul theek hai ki aap apne doctor se baat karein, agar aapko lagta hai ki koi cheez galat hai.

Is baat ka khayal rakhein ki yeh feelings temporary hain aur theek honge. Doctor apke saath hai, aur hum bhi aapke saath hain.
