There is very little of it available privately in Pakistan outside three cities, and almost none of it online. It is also the work where the money conversation matters most, because a course of therapy that runs for a year is a commitment somebody has to be able to afford from the start - so we ask you to contract clearly about length and cost rather than discovering in month five that they cannot continue.
Qualification: A psychotherapy training of at least two years with supervised clinical practice. You must be 18 or over.
The arrangement, the same for every role here. You are self-employed. You set your own fee, and there is no charge to be listed. The patient pays you directly and in full — nothing is deducted and nothing is held by us. For a session we introduced, 10% of that fee comes back to us afterwards, towards the video rooms, the booking system and the running costs; this is a charity project and patients are never charged for anything. You keep your own patients, and nothing is owed on work that did not come through us. Your phone number and your address are never published: enquiries reach you through us. You decide your own hours and how many people you take. We check your qualifications, and your registration where your profession has a register, before anybody is approved — nobody is listed on their own word. We do not supervise your clinical practice and we do not carry your indemnity.
