Free Relationship Counselling in Pakistan for Insecurity and Trust Issues

Answered 18 October 2026 at 6:49 pm PKT

If you're struggling with relationship insecurity, overthinking, and trust issues, you're not alone. This page lists free and low-cost counselling options in Pakistan where you can speak to a real psychologist or psychotherapist.

I'm struggling with relationship insecurity, overthinking, and trust issues. I need professional help, specifically free counselling sessions with a real psychologist or psychotherapist, as I can't afford paid sessions.

It’s completely understandable that you’re feeling this way, aap. Relationship struggles and trust issues are genuinely hard to deal with, and it makes sense you’d want professional help.

Finding free sessions

Depression.pk offers verified professionals who can help for free or at a sliding scale. You can find them at depression.pk/find-help. Try calling or messaging a few to ask about their availability and approach. If they are too far, online sessions are very common now.

Overthinking and trust issues

Overthinking often comes from fear of losing control or being hurt. Try to name the fear directly: "I’m scared of being betrayed" or "I don’t know who I can rely on." That’s a start to working with it. Trust issues often come from past experiences. A therapist can help separate the past from the present, and build skills to manage those thoughts.

What to do now

  • Write down the thoughts that are making you anxious. Look for a pattern: is one specific thing triggering it? Try to tell the difference between a worry and a fact.
  • If you have a trusted friend or family member, talk to them about how you’re feeling. They might be able to offer support or a different perspective.
  • Practice self-compassion. Treat yourself as kindly as you would a friend in the same situation.

If you’re struggling to find a therapist, Zara is here to talk. You don’t have to go through this alone.
