Husband ki sakht baat ke baad khud ko kaise sambhalen

Asked by Iqra, Multan · 25 September 2026 at 9:25 am PKT

Agar husband ki ghusse wali baat se aap ro parein ya mood kharab ho jaye, to pehle apne jazbat ko sambhalna zaroori hai. Is page par aap fori taur par calm hone, baat ka waqt chunne aur husband se pur-sukoon tareeqay se baat karne ke steps parhenge.

Mere husband ne call par ghusse mein sakhti se baat ki aur main ro padi. Jab unki baat se dil bohat dukhi ho aur mood kharab ho jaye, to main khud ko kaise sambhalun aur un se baat kaise karun?

Aap ka rona is baat ki nishani hai ke aap ko takleef hui—yeh koi kamzori nahi. Abhi unhein foran jawab dene ke bajaye khud ko thora waqt dein.

Pehle khud ko sambhalain

Paani piyen, lambi saans lein aur kuch der kisi khamosh jagah par beth jayen. Jab tak dil tezi se chal raha ho ya rona aa raha ho, tab baat ko suljhanay ki koshish na karein.

Baad mein shanti se kahein

Munasib waqt par bohat saaf alfaz mein kahein: “Jab aap ne mujh se itni sakhti se baat ki, mujhe bohat takleef hui. Aap apni baat sakhti ke baghair bhi keh sakte hain.” Phir un se kahein ke agle dafa gussay mein awaz unchi karne ke bajaye thora waqt le kar baat karein.

Agar woh phir bhi cheekhne lagen ya baat barh jaye, to kahein, “Abhi baat munasib tareeqay se nahi ho rahi, hum thori der baad baat karte hain,” aur conversation khatam kar dein. Baat dobara tabhi shuru karein jab dono shant hon.
