If you are thinking about ending your life or may act soon, move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself and contact emergency services, a crisis line, or a trusted person now. This page explains how to get urgent help in Pakistan, what to say, and how to stay safe while support is on the way.
I’m really sorry you’re carrying this. A severe score together with thoughts of ending your life needs urgent help now, and you should not manage it alone.
Do one thing immediately: move away from anything you could use to hurt yourself—medicines, blades, ropes, weapons, heights, or traffic—and go where another person can see you. Do not stay alone. If someone is nearby, tell them plainly, “I may hurt myself and I need you to stay with me now; take me to the nearest hospital emergency department.” If you have already harmed yourself or taken anything, go to the emergency department now.
Reply with just SAFE or NOT SAFE. Also tell me whether you are alone and whether you have a specific plan or access to anything you could use. I will stay here with you while we work out the next step.
