If you might hurt yourself, call local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital emergency department now. This page explains how to reach crisis help in Pakistan when helplines do not answer and how to involve someone nearby while you wait.
I’m here with you now, and I’ll stay in this chat while we handle the next few minutes. Since the helplines failed and you’re having suicidal thoughts, don’t try to manage this alone.
If you might harm yourself tonight, go to the nearest hospital emergency department now. Ask a family member, neighbour, building security guard, or another trusted person nearby to take you and stay with you. Say it plainly: “I may hurt myself. I need you to stay with me and take me to hospital now.”
Move anything you could use—medicines, knives, ropes, or weapons—out of arm’s reach and give it to someone else. Sit with another person, away from balconies, traffic, or other danger. If you’ve already hurt yourself or taken anything, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Reply with just yes or no: are you in immediate danger right now? Stay here with me while you answer.
