Best Friend Ki Possessiveness Khatam Karne Ka Asaan Tareeqa

Answered 7 October 2026 at 5:17 pm PKT

Kya aap apni best friend ko doosron ke saath baat karte dekh kar gussa aur jalte hain? Is article mein hum aapko batayenge ke is possessiveness ko kaise khatam karein aur apni dosti ko khush rakhain.

Meri best friend jab kisi aur se baat karti hai toh mujhe bohot gussa aur rona aata hai. Main ye possessiveness kaise khatam karun taake main khush reh sakun?

Aap jo mehsoos kar rahe hain, yeh possessiveness ya jealousy — yeh bohot common hai jab koi close dost kisi aur ke saath baat kare. Iska matlab yeh nahi ke aap bure hain, balki yeh aapki friend ke liye aapki gehraai aur insecurity dono dikhata hai. Yeh sach mein mushkil hai, lekin isse khatam kiya ja sakta hai.

Yeh kuch cheezein hain jo aap try kar sakte hain:

  • Pehle khud se puchhein: "Mujhe kyun lagta hai ke woh mujhe chhod degi?" Yeh dar aksar past experiences ya khud par bharosa na hone se aata hai.
  • Apni best friend se seedha baat karein. Keh sakte hain: "Yeh meri problem hai, aur main ispe kaam karna chahti hoon. Kya aap thoda samjhein?" Aapko yeh nahi kehna ke woh baat band kare, bas apna feeling share karein.
  • Apni zindagi mein doosre logon ko jagah dein. Agar aap sirf ek dost par depend hain, toh woh burden ho jata hai. Doosre doston, hobbies ya kaam mein waqt lagayein — yeh possessiveness kam karega.
  • Jab woh kisi aur se baat kar rahi ho, toh apne aap ko koi kaam dein. Phone utha kar scroll karna kaam nahi hai — kuch likhein, walk karein, ya koi kaam karein. Yeh dimaag ko naya raasta deta hai.

Sab se zaroori cheez: yeh raat mein nahi badlega. Aap rozana thoda practice karein. Jab bhi gussa aaye, ek deep breath lein aur khud ko yaad dilayein: "Yeh meri insecurity hai, uski ghalti nahi." Waqt ke saath aap khud ko aur azaad mehsoos karengi.
