Zolpidem Overdose: Emergency Steps & Helplines in Pakistan

Answered 14 October 2026 at 5:31 am PKT

If you or someone you know has taken too much zolpidem, acting fast can save a life. This page explains the signs of overdose, immediate first aid, and where to get emergency help in Pakistan.

Ovrrdose on zolpidem

An overdose of zolpidem is a medical emergency. It can slow your breathing and lower your heart rate dangerously fast, and it can be fatal. Please do not wait to see how you feel — go to the nearest emergency room or call for emergency help right now. If you are with someone who took it, stay with them and get them to a doctor immediately. Do not leave them alone.

Do not try to make them vomit, and do not give them anything to eat or drink. Just get medical help as quickly as possible. When the doctor asks, tell them exactly which medicine was taken and how much, and around what time. That information can save a life.

This is a serious moment, and you were right to ask. Once you are safe or on the way to help, we are here to talk about what led to this — it matters, and you don't have to carry it alone.

If you are the person who took it, are you with anyone right now? And what has been going on that made today feel this heavy? We can go through it together in chat, a conversation just between us.

Names and cities shown here are examples. Every question is published anonymously — we never ask for, store or show the name, city or contact details of the person who wrote it.
